Mechanical Spinner Gearcase Questionnaire
1. Is this for Litter or Fertilizer Unit?
2. If Litter, is it Pull-Type or Truck Mount? This is for a TRUCK Mount Spreader
3. Is it a 2-Shaft or 3-Shaft Gearbox? This is a 3-Shaft Gearcase
4. Is it installed on the Driver’s or Passenger’s Side of the unit?
5. Rotation: Instruct customer to remove the 6 bolts on the gearbox cover plate and examine. Is the large gear positioned on the Top or Bottom?
6. Is the customer replacing both gears and bearings? If so, it will be just as economical to purchase a new gearbox.
